congrats! i hope you find a job soon. i am yet to graduate, still a 2nd year with 2 more years to go but am working already so no need to worry.

godaddy seems to be good though i got mine for free when i bought hosting from dreamhost.com and i know i have a coupon to get $47 off from their hosting plan for one year with free domain.

I gave up on paying for a domain name and settled for a free one. It was easier and cheaper for me that way. (Poor college student.)

Congrats on graduating, and I’m sure you’ll find a job soon enough! Just remember that once you are employed, you’ll pretty much spend the rest of your life ‘locked’ in it! Enjoy the time free of such restrictions!

I’ve got to say that these days getting a domain for $9-something is the normal ‘cheap’ price. You are going to be hard-pressed to find something cheaper. Perhaps you could find someone generous to pay for it!

I use GoDaddy.com, they haven’t failed me yet. Plus there are coupon codes for it. I can’t remember off the bat, but Google it.
