Undivided Honesty

The Blogchive

This is Graduation.

I don’t know about you, but I upgraded my WordPress a couple of days ago and I must say, I really love the slickness of the new design! :D If you haven’t upgraded already, you should. :) Though, I’m still not used to the Plugins link being on the far right yet.

College has been rather stressful… I graduate next month, and have a FYP and two minor projects to complete by Stage 2 Assessment at the end of this month. Majoring in Publication Design is not as easy as it seems! D: I’m sure I’d be able to complete everything by then, but it would be a bit of a mad rush, seeing as I had procrastinated for the past few weeks. My bad, I can never not procrastinate. ><;; I am making progress now though, so hopefully, with fingers crossed, I’d finish everything by the 14th, as planned. -crosses fingers-

I’m still not too sure about what to do after I graduate. It’s either I go look for a job or continue with a degree. I want to do my degree overseas but that would be really expensive and my parents definitely can’t afford that, so I’m hoping I’d manage to get a scholarship (not a high chance, seeing as my results aren’t that good), if anything. Otherwise, I’d just get a job in hopes of funding for Uni… If only I was rich, or if someone would sponsor me, haha.

Thank you to everyone for being nice to me about the breakup. :) We are still on talking terms, despite things getting even more complicated and confusing, haha. We both love (each other) so much, but several problems need to be solved/gotten over, if we want to give the relationship a third try. Whoever said LDRs were easy, huh? :p

I absolutely love the new WordPress interface. I was so pleasantly surprised when I upgraded, but it took me a little while to find where everything was, I was a little confused at first and couldn’t find the plugins and the settings.

I’ve wished I was rich too most times for educational purposes.

Ooh, you’re graduating from college. Good luck with it! I’d love to do work overseas, but like you said, it is expensive.

You’re already graduating from college? If I were you I would’ve taken another degree. :P I prefer studying than working. For me, at least. :D

Yeah, but like I said, it’s a matter of money, especially when I want to do my degree overseas.

Yeah, I’m pleased with the new WP admin panel layout, too. Nice, sleek and hip without being gaudy or obnoxious. Just the way it should be!

Hey there! I wish I could use wordpess, ha. I just can’t figure it out… Hmm, well congrats on graduating. I wish I was already, haha. I’m not even done with high school! Sigh. I hope your decision comes with time…I’d prefer to work, but that’s just me :] Take care!

I like the new wordpress version, too, and I’m having the same issue with not being used to where the plugins link is.

LDRs are very difficult indeed. It’s hard, but if you really really love each other you might be able to make it work.

Graduation is a very scary thing. It’s awesome when it’s over though! Good luck!

I upgraded my WordPress installation too but I’m not a big fan of the admin panel – I’m using Fluency Admin.

Good luck with school! And congratulations… :)

Sounds like it was rough in the break-up. I’m going through something similar but I’m married and it’s a little harder with kids and the whole nine yards. I’m in the same spot with school right now and their are so many things to figure out once your done. Congrats on your graduation coming up.

I can’t believe this year’s almost over. I’m not a senior (yet) so I can’t imagine what it’s like to make those kind of decisions. Good luck =)
