I totally hate answering the phone at my office job, because some of the customers will FLIP OUT if one of the CFPs (Cert. Financial Planners) that they want to talk to has either stepped out of the office, or isn't in on that day. and when you're trying to take a message, it's always 20 questions. I'm just a lowly receptionist, I shouldn't be treated like that. xD Sounds like you had a great time at the concert!
